i fixed it guys, i installed a .doc file reader, so it didnt look like shit

factory reset was esc + delete + left ctrl + right arrow

i installed the program but i cant read the user manual lol, so i have no idea how to use the actual program...

even if i change the function of the key it still seems to do absolutely nothing... since it appears im still in program mode or whatever and im not allowed to type any keys

it wont go away man, i've unplugged it and restarted my pc, i had it plugged and i restarted my pc. i've plugged it in a different usb port

dunno how to turn it off ive held fn and f12 multiple times, ive held f12 alone nothing turns it off
