it is. private means private; if other players can't see your level then neither can servers.
set your profile to public and it's fixed.

Today, ItCameFromOpen.GG eSports has officially rebranded as BUFF CANADIAN Esports.

In line with this decision, we have decided to cut Michael as he is not a buff Canadian and is not even buff enough to properly mutiny a team leader. We will not replace Revan despite him being Peruvian, as the two flags are similar enough that we believe Peru and Canada are essentially the same country, and he's definitely buff.
