What i did setting mine up was drop my old sens a bit and use that as my low and then played with the cap till i liked how the flicks felt, but ive always used low sens
You need the /steamapps/common/Team Fortress 2/ folder and the /steamapps/appmanifest_440.acf file, then install through steam and it will find everything
