And to add to that, CappingTV now has a better solution for servers, we have reserved some servers to ourselves and information will be released to duos closer to the brawl. We have had multiple issues with qix staff that have led to CappingTV not using qixalite servers.

We would also like to mention that we weren't using the keys for profit, we were only paying our graphic designer who volunteered time to work on graphics, this is not spread to anybody else. And because there is no entry fee it doesn't matter anyway.

We don't take anything personal to any qix staff.

Brionwe were told that it would be used to pay a designer who created art for the tournament. Later we found that this designer is a part of CappingTV's management team

Backend management, not normal management and so we didn't lie at all.
And we were going to give you some of the spair keys (if we got any) to give to you as a nice gesture to thank you, but that won't matter now.

yauchYou dont just get a clean slate from past actions for free, people have raised legitimate issues about your ability to run a tournament and your responses to those as well as your recent behaviour indicate to a lot of people you're more likely to repeat history rather than learn from it. Address peoples concerns rather than deflecting and this might go somewhere.

No its because of people who hate me, and because of things I've done in the past, and I'm tired of people hating me, why can't people just get over the past and get on with the future. If people don't want this, why not just close this tab instead of making it look bad. I spent a lot of nights trying to gather people together to try and play a game we all love.

malWe are one hundred and one dollarydoos off the $4000 mark!

I am letting you all know that we will be accepting any more kind donations past that point as this trip has become increasingly expensive for the team, and we are seeing more and more how unrealistically humble $4000 for 6 Australians was. Our flights alone came to >$14000.

Thank you everyone who has come along for the ride! Stay tuned for upcoming jt interviews and I promise you more story time in the near future. Meanwhile, Paulsen has moved back into his old place to start barking just for you. So we have taken on your feedback, and we so have made adjustments.
Maps
Round 1: koth_ultiduo_r_b7
Round 2: ultiduo_obsidiian_a10
Losers Bracket Round 1: TBA
Losers Bracket Round 2: ultiduo_baloo
Semi and Grand-Final Map Pool: ultiduo_obsidiian_a10, koth_ultiduo_r_b7, ultiduo_baloo, ultiduo_winter, koth_bunkalow or if both duos agree, any other map that isn't listed here (Must be Ultiduo based).
One member from each team must 1v1 each other, who ever gets the first frag selects the map from the above maps.

A lot of these maps and rounds are subject to change due to more signups

The Servers
Ah the servers has been a big one that we have been discussing as well, at this time we are unsure what servers we will be using but possibly Qixalites. We will keep you updated.

Prize Pool
I have gone out and bought the 10 keys for the prize pool, so no entry fee is required. And there is now in-game medals for everyone who participate.

Other Stuff

We are testing a few new maps for this brawl, and we are in contact with some of the map owners and they will make sure the maps are sweet before the night
Whitelist
We are looking for admins to help out on the nights, contact me on our discord if you are interested

uberchainSideshow is representing Marketplace.tf and Ready Up's production alongside myself and Dashner. Both have assisted me in the past for feedback and filming. I wanted Sideshow involved because he better understands the history, figureheads & players that we want to make sure that we touch upon. His interviewing style is more fluid and practiced compared to mine, and I'm happy he's on board with this.sopshes going to forget to hit record on his cameraThis is why Dashner is manning it.
