I've been talking with marquee throughout his entry into 6v6. He basically just tells me that he doesn't feel like he has enough opportunities to move forward. He's very dedicated to improving, and I think he'll go far with the right gamesense once he gets his DM up.

All my class configs use aliases to change the crosshair settings and viewmodel settings of each individual weapon.
alias rocketlauncher "slot1;cl_crosshair_file crosshair1;cl_crosshair_scale 25;cl_crosshair_red 255;cl_crosshair_green 128;cl_crosshair_blue 192;r_drawviewmodel 0;viewmodel_fov 108;"
bind q rocketlauncherI have one of those for each slot (primary, secondary, melee) for each class. I think for my rocket launcher I have a medium yellow cross without a dot. That way, I can see which weapon I have out at a glance based on the color/size of the crosshair. And melee weapons have a viewmodel whereas most others don't.
