OTLI don't know about launch options, but I usually just set mumble to low priority in task manager

harden is a dumbass, goes from a team that has a legitimate shot at winning the title this year TO HOUSTON. He should've just accepted the damn contract, w/e doe OKC came out on top if lamb proves to be good, and kevin martin is as good as harden currently is so its not super bad.
