Every league UGC, ESEA, whatever, is going to have player playing lower than their true capability for a variety for reasons. It might be a desire to dick around or they might not have time to play in a higher more serious division or maybe they just want to seem like gods. As long as people want to do this it isn't gonna stop, this is true in games like CS:GO too and I'm sure it's true in other games as well. If it's any consolation this is true in Gold and Plat
