I have an unusual that's worth an ungodly amount of money but is ugly as sin so my priorities are clear. . .

on top of the patty, like b4nny did with the 2nd pepper jack cheese? duh?

#15 b4nny burge r in Off Topic

honestly the biggest problem with this burger from a culinary perspective are the pre-formed pepper jack patties, if this is supposed to be the 'ultimate burger' you should at least be going to a butcher shop and getting a good burger mix or even asking them to grind some good cuts (chuck, short rib, brisket, etc.) for you

even if you are gonna buy cheap supermarket ground beef, I feel like the cheese inside the patty is just a hat on a hat, you're gonna take away from the flavor of the beef, but maybe that's just me

edit: I also think cooking the burger with that much oil and while sharing the pan with the egg is unnecessary and may even detract from developing a great crust on it

this has been your installment of cooking pedantry with mustard

DavyCoh come on mustard 100 seasons and that's your best one?

I suppose I could also throw in the time I played an ESEA match 3v6, which isn't technically supposed to even be allowed by the client

#12 What's your strangest excuse for losing a match in TF2 General Discussion

to be clear,

DavyCBack in 2013 I lost a highlander playoff match because our sniper decided to go to the movies instead of playing the match. (this was late 2013 so I suppose it may have been to see The Wolf of Wall Street?) This meant our pyro swapped to sniper, our heavy swapped to pyro, and our backup played heavy. All things considered we put up a good fight, but in retrospect what a sour way to end the season.

this was my team and the sniper was axiomatic

so this is definitely my answer too

also our backup playing heavy for the first time turned out to be a savant and became our starting heavy next season, it was sneakypolarbear aka jake

#70 May I ask talk about the current pandemic? in World Events
DanceNumberstuff

I know you're mainly just venting at the selfishness and stupidity of blatant anti-vaxxers, but there are still substantial numbers of people in the U.S. who either a) live in rural areas and still haven't gotten access to it, or b) haven't gotten it, not because of an issue with the vaccine itself, but because they literally do not believe that it is free - surveys have found that a full 1/3 of adults who haven't got the vaccine are worried about surprise bills, especially amidst low-income black and hispanic respondents, and by the way, there WERE actual surprise bills for COVID testing, so their confusion when it comes to the vaccine can be somewhat understood

bottom line is, we shouldn't discount the legitimate issues with the American health care system (lack of penetration into rural areas, history of exorbitant fees, historical racism in treatment) and paint with too broad a brush

actually, I've never tested positive for covid or had to go to the hospital for it, because I got vaccinated!

#61 May I ask talk about the current pandemic? in World Events

the average American is composed of like 80% hydrogenated soybean oil and Roundup, yet the thing people draw the line at putting in their bodies is also the thing with a ridiculously high success rate of preventing death by deadly disease, what a country

I bet every single person questioning the safety of the vaccine either intentionally or unintentionally ingests chemicals 10x worse for you multiple times per day!

Imagine being the best roamer in the world for 10 years. Shame about those gunboats, though

hey, y'all in eu were the ones who still were doing vanilla at i46, allowing harbleu to pound on shotgun roamer

#2 skeez and blaze leave froyo in TF2 General Discussion

if this is the last time blaze plays for froyo (which is far from guaranteed), I just wanna say that we are saying goodbye to the greatest role player in tf2 history, and the most universally beloved person in the division as well. goodnight sweet prince, a truly a tf2 life well-lived.

skeez is gone too
