to be clear, I also think anyone voting for Trump is either a psycho or a total dupe, but if they're still with him at this point I don't see how yelling at them is gonna change that!

and non-voters/third party voters are also gonna get more entrenched in their position if you try to blame them for problems caused by extremely powerful elected officials, it's on the Biden campaign to earn their votes (and if they don't live in a swing state then it LITERALLY doesn't matter)

bragging about who you're voting for/not voting for and shaming people about who they're voting for/not voting for are both absolutely pathetic, you're not gonna convince anyone and voting is by definition the smallest unit of political activism possible so if you really care that much go out there and phone bank for your candidate

but the mxr stuff is harder to deny and the fact that you've gone from just memeing and using irony as a shield in this thread to whining about people calling you a cheater is pathetic

I just wanna say, if it turns out the following two things are true simultaneously:

1) virgil and gloperz are right that mxr is walling

2) I am wrong that mxr is autodetting or using some sort of aim assist

then that would be a real shame, because it would mean he legitimately has tons of talent DM-wise and is squandering it for absolutely no reason

it's still possible that 1) he's not cheating at all, 2) hes autodetting but not walling, or 3) he's both walling and autodetting, so who knows, but the walling-only scenario chafes at me in particular cuz it seems so unnecessary

since my team died I've been watching a lot of streams during scrim times, and when I saw that an ex-cheater came back on demo and was doing like 450 dpm every game it piqued my interest, so I've been watching him a lot over the past week or so

and I've come to the conclusion that, if this guy doesn't cheat, he's literally the next habib, because he has maybe the best stickies I've ever seen, like literally above sin k4rma

more specifically:
1) of the ludicrous dmg he does, a ridiculously high percentage of it is with stickies- much higher than for most post-nerf 6s demos, let alone ex-scout mains

2) his accuracy on both stickies and pipes is at least high 20s %-wise, sometimes even over 30%, every single game, which is the equivalent of a scout being over 80% acc in every single log- certainly possible but pretty unlikely

3) speccing him, if he's not autodetting, this man has like INSANE reaction time, literally better than habib's- he always dets his stickies the exact instant they reach an enemy, he almost never early dets by mistake, and he'll often leave stickies on the ground, turn to pipe someone else, and det said stickies at the exact right moment when an unseen opponent runs over them. if you watch him, I'd say focus on this fact- some people are saying he's walling which I'm not ruling out but I didn't notice anything super weird that stood out in terms of that, I mainly noticed how accurate his stickies are at all ranges and whether charged or not

4) sometimes his pipe flicks are pretty nutty but I'm more willing to concede this as just good dm, none of them look like insanely out of the ordinary

5) he also deleted his most recent scout vod and stopped scrimming for the past few days which was a bit odd, particularly because I felt like this one 4k he got was a bit weird but could just be me

now you may notice literally all of this, plus what jetz said, is completely circumstantial, and I agree. it's plausible (not not probable) that mxr just spent the last few years grinding the fuck out of mge (which im told he does) and got really good at demo dm.

I know a lot about demoman, and what you tend to see when speccing a good demo, and I could tell you in pretty decent detail the differences in playstyle, aim style, strengths and weaknesses, etc. of other good demos. that being said, I know almost NOTHING about cheats, so I'm much better at saying "this doesn't look normal" rather than "this DOES affirmatively look like x cheat", which is a big difference. I have no innate bias against this guy, but it's possible I've gotten too entrenched in my opinion and now everything he does will look like cheating to me regardless of whether it is or not. the last thing I'd want is the career of an actual promising talent to end and it to turn out to be a mistake, but hopefully rgl anticheat admins a) are more competent than the phrase "rgl anticheat admins" would suggest, and b) look closely and impartially into this situation.
