I'm one of the lower level players i am talking about in my post. I take placements and whatnot in ugc during the season very seriously and i enjoy conversing with multiple teams/players however its just a fact we can't stand up to 95% of esea players(and the money to dedication ratio has something to do with that)

ugc is for lower level players to get a taste of competitive.
If you think its a joke, thats fine, but don't bitch about no new players coming into the game.
Believe it or not, not everybody wants to pay fees to play in a division for a game mode they have little to no experience in.

Would it be a good or bad idea to have like l Teamfortress.tv after our name when we pub and stuff?(assuming were not being dickheads or trolls in these pubs)

As scout, if you don't connect the first shot you wont connect the next 3 if you don't pace and re-align your shots.

If your having a bad time before the match your going to do bad in the match.
