Why does Hard aim and soft aim exist?

and why is it that usually the NA players are soft aimers and euros are hard aimers I have been thinking way too much about this does someone have the answer? (this is not even a shitpost,im thinking way too much about this for some reason and I lowkey have anxiety because of this). One Theory I have and I think is the most legit because that's how I started hard aiming is because Mike used to shake his mouse and I really wanted to be as good as him and I started shaking my mouse aswell and it became a habit,Maybe NAs watched other pro NAs aim and they started softaiming aswell? I cant sleep at night because of this I am thinking so fucking much about this its actually unreal and this isn't a funny post or whatever I'm being genuinely honest
