i didnt read that but everything i said except the last thing is correct and ive only known about 6v6 for like a year and a half and have only pugged for like 10 months or something so alot of the stuff youve said is really dumb

the problem is the fact people dont use irc since its died all it needs is a revival plus they dont still work(pugna bot dead, tf2mix servers buggy) so ur wrong
but sure if u need a flashy website with a pretty gui that take 9 months or some shit to get rockin n' rollin in order to pick 6v6 teams i guess ud be 100% correct

the solution is to play irc pugs/ get the word out that theyre active
also half of the tf2mix servers were bugging out right before they died and there was one active admin
the pugna bot is dead also
theres nothing broken with using a working irc system unless you have trouble using a keyboard

it seems like people who say they need a pretty graphical overlay website thing with colorful pictures of maps and classes just dont like to pug or are overly obsessed with shiny stuff. it isnt that hard to go to atf2.org and type !add scout and people have been doing that for ages and it used to be super active but somehow we now need some talented team of developers to get together in order to "save tf2 pugs". Literally all that needs to be done is for the pug.na bot to be fixed and have people play pug.na and tf2mix and voila there are pugs.

thats what tf2mix was for. Fatkidded players had a chance to not get fatkidded in a sense that didnt make the game unbearable to people who want competetive games. now every pug that isnt inhouse(ive seen alot of inhouses advertised/run by people who struggle in tf2center so im still skeptical but i guess i shouldnt knock it until i try it) is tf2mix normal mode

tl;dr just forcefully bring back irc pugs they arent unbearable and require less effort than creating a fancy new website
