Everyone who posts the "enigma" code embedded in a funny image has janitorial privileges, although there are certain limitations to things you can and can't do; e.g. you can't use the ban feature if you've been banned in the past.. This may sound crazy, but it is a way to recruit members of the community who are "in the know" without giving random idiots the potential to abuse power. This is the origin the "shitposting" and "invite illuminati" meme which have been around since the inception of this site.
