rock-how did you break a mech kb by spilling stuff on it? it's nearly impossible...
I know how it feels bro. Happened to my last corsair k70. Was sad day. :< But then discovered the wonderfulness of Noppoo Choc Mini.
Did not try the 96% ethyl alcohol though. That would be worth a try. Also switching to mwheeldown +jump is great idea.
