I hate the spy disguise menu by the way, such a pain in the dick to edit:

Most of the numbers are just displaying as "1"

I'm still learning how animations actually work, so I'm not even sure if this is correct. However, it's worth a shot and you've got nothing to lose if it doesn't work anyway.

Seeing as the fieldname of xHairCircle is "xHairCircle3", try changing the animation event to this:

The ready/not ready box appears from the bottom instead of the top. If anybody knows how to change the size of the ready/not ready box, that'd be fantastic, as the part I keep thinking will change it, doesn't. Nevermind.

I think you have to just pack the entire folder your hud is in. I'm not sure if it works the way you're doing it.
