It moves with the left side item panels. It's also pinned to the center of the screen horizontally. You can't move it separately.

A recent update fucked this one up. They only appear when a competitive config is being run.
My suggestion would be to have a custom blue/red label, and add the background color of the team to the original blue/red labels with a higher zpos, so in comp the custom labels can be hidden underneath and the team names can be changed on the scoreboard.
Mochaaaaok, i need help again. I installed noto hud to see that the target id bg does not load properly. what are some of the files that you need to look at to fix it?
There's a console command that controls the alpha of the target id background, tf_hud_target_id_alpha. Set it to 255 and the backgrounds will look full. I dunno why static was going on about where the target id is positioned but ???

If you don't want the Christmas background to load (along with others, such as full moon) remove all the if_ statements and their values from "background" in mainmenuoverride.res.
Dunno why you made it difficult for yourself with a vtf.

You have to restart for those buttons to change. Reloadscheme doesn't work iirc. You could try reloading through the vgui_drawtree, maybe.
Even searching it mid-stroke gives you the same result c'mon
