It's the latter. 30 minute halves, highest score wins, 5 minute timer before resets.

RGL has officially changed the 10 minute timer for 6's 5cp config to 5 minutes for S9 in an effort to follow the recent trend of LANs/online cups testing new 5cp rulesets.
