ban base jumper (doesnt belong in competitive)
ban GRU (arrows exist)
ban machina (no downgrade)
unban atomizer (very situational)
other than that id say these are good changes
also why are people acting like the rescue ranger isnt broken still? you can still hide in spawn, repair your sentry from a far, get resup and do it all over again
