Yes. Although the Iowa caucus doesn't ultimately give many delegates (candidates need ~2000 to be the democratic nominee, Iowa only gives ~43 and they are divvied up instead of all to the winner) it's a big moral victory to win the first state. Joe Biden not getting any delegates is a really bad thing for him. Sanders winning the state means there's much more hope that he can pull off the upset against Biden, and that's reflecting in most recent polls.

wouldn't be the first time RGL discriminated against the disabled... my friend who is a double hand amputee was banned recently because he was using a program to counteract his lack of hands to aim for him. really scummy of RGL to ban him when he was just trying to play the game like everybody else :(
