This problem seemed to happen out of no where for absoultely no reason
I believe TF2 thinks I have a joystick
This pops up in the console everytime I try to go in and rebind it
'userconfig.cfg' not present; not executing.

Let me make this clear it seems that this makes my keyboard controls super delayed for no reason at all. Since this happened I have deleted my CFG folder and went back to the -autoconfig in the launch options. After that didn't work I did a unistall of the game and reinstalled it. Again didn't resolve the issue, I then tried to use "exec undo360controller" into the console and autoexec folder. This also didn't resolve my issues. I seem to bee at a stump here cause I don't know what to do further. Also I have tried -nojoy in the launch options and again didn't work
Anyone know what the problem here is? Cause I have tried almost everything and I still have had this issue. I haven't even plugged a joystick into my computer at all.
Please help
