Building your own PC will save you a lot of money. Plus you get the experience of building one so you know how to in the future. I built mine for 900 USD including moniter, mouse and keyboard. It can run TF2 at a constant 290-300 fps.
Commands for my class configs that:
Change in game sens to 4 for projectile classes
Change in game sens to 3 for bullet classes
Thanks!!

Do I actually get the cat on the source screen?
lanskyIt sounds like you're missing a folder -- it should look similar to this
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\custom\whatever\cfg\autoexec.cfg
your config/hud files go inside a folder called whatever you want, in my case 'whatever', inside of your custom folder
Thank You!! :)
So I recently built my new PC. I took my folder with all my cfg's in it and got it to the new computer. I put the cfg folder into the custom folder, where it was on my old laptop. I then started up TF2 and none of my cfgs were executed. If anyone knows why even though I put the folder in the exact same spot on both computers, but only one works, please tell me so I can sort out this issue.
My Launch Options: +exec autoexec.cfg -dxlevel 95 -full -w 1920 -h 1080 -console -novid -useforcedmparms -noforcemaccel -noforcemspd
