By doing national express I can get round trip for 50 pounds and it says 2 hours travel time each way, then I'd need to take a 15 min taxi from the pool meadow station to the arena. There is also a departing bus ride at 515 Monday morning putting me a couple hours ahead of my flight, I think that this might be the best way to go. Unless someone has to horror story I'm going to book it in an hour, thanks Emilio

National express is showing a 2 hour commute from Heathrow to coventry, can't get it to register directly to the arena, for 20 pounds doesn't seem so bad. Anyone else used these guys? I'm thinking this might be my best bet.

My other concern is leaving Monday as well. My flight is at 930am but from what I've seen the earliest train leaving coventry is 625 with arrival at Heathrow at 905,definitely not enough time to make it. I guess my options are to go sunday night after the finals and such have taken place or catch a ride with someone heading back that way real early? Any other forms of economical transportation?

I'm only bringing a carryon to eliminate bags, so it should just be customs that I need to deal with right?

Depends on time. I arrive at 1105am to Heathrow friday but I have no idea how long it'll take me to get off the plane, figure out where I need to go, and get on the right train.

So I am flying in to Heathrow friday morning and need to book a train to coventry for the tournament. I found a solid route (tube to euston then train to coventry) for 25 pounds. However when I get to delivery they say I have to use a self service station but when I look online it seems there aren't any self service stations at Heathrow airport. Can someone give me advice on the best way to get to and from?
