cbearPlayers such as tri and Plat have been streaming scrims. I'm sure at some point there will be some scrims streamed from a spectator POV (I can do this) -- but with quality content available straight from the sources, I'm not sure if it's totally needed.
200 viewers as opposed to 1000? It's clear what people prefer. Also, intercontinental matches are dumb and meaningless cause of ping, but people do tune in so they may be worth doing.
