Even if todays notebooks come pre-installed with windows 8.1 there is a high chance that you're able to downgrade to windows 7 without additional cost. (at least the pro versions) Not really a valid argument.

There are no filters/effects whatsoever in this video. All I did was cut the clips, add the music and the text/background. I've always had that brightness problem on certain maps. :/
