That song is something you'd put on for a fun summer drive. Jolly little tune.

WithADanceNumberis anyone else fustrated by this?
I really wanted to play ESEA this season. But with there being two open teams and no sign of anything changing I moved over to where the players were (CEVO). Now it looks like esea might be stabalized, and i've already secured payments to cevo. I can afford both, thats not an issue but i'm not sure at this point which league will be better for me. I'd prefer to only commit my time to one league (I work evenings sometimes so scrimming/matches can be rough). With 4 match nighs a week, potentially on different maps I just don't know what to do...
It's at 14-16 right now. They'll reach their minimum for sure - but it won't be "pretty". My guess will be a 25-35 team division by the end of it all. 8-8 should make the playoffs in such a scenario, BUT the field will probably be tougher by design.
x3Got my ticket. O15.
Looking to scout.

Oh my god. I get to meet x3. Awesome.
I'd say that he's pretty good. Great guy too.
I'd imagine that there is a set of magic numbers that need to be reached in order to allow for TF2 sponsorship/IM/Main.
I remember that it was simply Open + Invite when you had 30-35 Open teams. I think that such an event could happen again if you wind up with a situation like: 15 Open/15 IM/12 Main/9 Invite
Killing might be told to consolidate non-Invite divisions AND to readjust the prize pot DOWNWARD.
I don't think that two weeks is enough notice for a pay league. I don't think you'll reach last season's signup numbers unless you allow people more time. There are tons of people still that are still lft, and dozens of teams that lack key players.
I think that giving people another 1-2 weeks would have made your company a lot more money from team signups.
TF2 teams are traditionally late/slow when it comes to getting everyone paid.
Bumping before the snow hits the east coast.
I'm doing a little mentoring work for him as he breaks into a new league. He's got a lot of ambition - he just needs some more direction.
I'm looking to play medic next season. Played a full season of IM in S15. I'm looking for a challenge next season so that I can develop further as a player. I'll play ESEA and/or CEVO. I'm available on Sundays through Thursdays, 9-12 EST. It would be cool if I knew a player or two on the roster already. I have no problems doing demo reviews (I find them fun).
The team doesn't have to be "chill" - I can take a fair bit of abuse if that's what will move the team forward.
Thank you for your consideration. Love, radium.
Hey there.
I'm willing to do demo reviews this offseason if you need them. I usually stream them so that you and your team can look at them together.
Add me if you are interested.
DavyCsmakersit's not funnyYeah dude fuck free healthcare let me die in a hospital with a treatable disease like a true American.
obamacare sucks
rr eats heals
i told the truth and was trying not to be racist to rr, which is tough
gimme a break here
Free healthcare does not exist. The kind of taxes that you'd have to levy on the US population in order to fund such an idea would be extortionate. Times are hard as it is.
She has a very sweet personality. She's gotten much better over the last season - so judging her based on her early struggles in open is not only ridiculously harsh, but also a little unfair. I know a few better-than-decent medic players that once SUCKED - but then were given a chance to turn it around and did so.
The problem with playing full-time medic is that it's very hard to improve from an "open level" unless you are constantly searching for new adventures and challenges. I understand her POV, and I can't blame her for doing what I tried myself.
Give her a few IM tryouts. If she doesn't pass her trial or gets cut early on than so be it. I absolutely hate it when people are branded a failure before they've ever burned bridges and/or actually failed.
This community is not going to discover any NEW full-time medic players unless people are willing to give "unusual" trials and take chances. Treating the medic position like it's the aggro scout position is a wanton mistake.
Good luck, pascal.
P.S.: I'm the team captain that cut her after an 0-4 start two seasons ago. She honestly wasn't playing well back then - but the pascal that I've seen play as of late is nowhere near the shell she once was. Enough is enough - she's gotten better.
Pleasant guy to have in mumble. He has the capacity to go on some nice runs of form. I'd say he's a solid IM prospect for next season.
I would show stream recordings of the highlights from the previous ToTH event.
Another idea would be to have a celebrity ultiduo match take place in the background - but the concern there would be that it could take away from the conversation at hand.
dashnermi got my lan ticket and im in the middle of booking plane flight/room
is there anybody looking to fly in as well/share a room
hmu
can probably give you a ride from the airport but my room is full :(
I can help him out. I spoke with him last night about this.
In other news, does anyone at LAN want to make a fun l4d2 scavenge team? Last LAN I didn't do much more outside of 6s and the TF2 obstacle relay race - I want to branch out a little more this time.
BTW, less than 1 month remains until LAN.
