Making Invite TF2 interesting again

As Invite this season is super boring and everyone is bad (including us). I thought I would do something to spice up the games we play. I am going to play a drinking game in the matches with the bottom half teams (maybe more teams, maybe less who knows).
The rules are as follows:
Right before the match goes live I am going to chug a beer. (This may be increased after the first match depending on who we are playing and how the match tonight goes).
Every round played I will finish one beer. If the beer isn't finished before the round ends I have to finish it during the roll out for the following round.
If i get double airshot I will open and chug a new beer.
If you have any suggestions of stuff for tonight or future matches let me know.
