SetsulThere's free software that does the same or you can do it manually.

How would I do this manually?

#1 Improving FPS via software. in Off Topic

So I found this program called CPUCores.
store.steampowered.com/app/384300
It claims to boost fps via "micromanaging your Windows OS and non-essential applications to focus your CPU power for 1 thing: INCREASE YOUR GAMING FPS!"
Can anyone confirm that it actually works? Does anyone have any other recommendations that work similar to this?

#18 Unofficial modes that DESERVE adoption in TF2 General Discussion
degukeep in mind that csgo doesn't have official surf, bhop servers (equivalent of jumps in tf2)

But surfing and bhopping isn't that necessary of knowledge in csgo. Although movement is important in cs, most movement tricks can be learned by just watching others play (like the jump from jungle to cat in mirage) and do not require much/any knowledge about bhopping and surfing. In tf2, knowing how to rocket jump/sticky jump/airstrafe is literally 40% of the game, the other part being 40% aim and 20% game sense. Pubs can help you practice your aim, even gamesense to a lesser degree, but learning to rocket jump requires you go out of your way to practice. I didn't know how people did that until about 100 hours into the game, and probably wouldn't have until much later if i hadn't started watching youtubers doing it.

#37 Radical new competitive format proposal in TF2 General Discussion

What if someone doesn't have steam mobile authentication, how will the trade challenge work in that case?

I saw this image somewhere else, and began to have serious doubts about whether I want to be associated with the same game that these people play.

Optimization so that the game is GPU limited.
Graphics update so that the game is much more cartoony, or much less. OW is essentially pixar animated, TF2 needs its own distinct art style. Right now it looks like a game someone made that started realistic and ended up taking in a cartoony direction. Which is what it is.
