two quick questions: is there a way to get rid of the character on the main menu

and how can I put the spectator gui and scoreboard and the whole spectator part of the hud from the box version of the hud into the normal one?

he says he's not intending to overclock it, but he'll probably get it to be sure. Is there any internet access with the current setup, or will he have to get a wifi card?

so... including -nod3d9ex in my launch options did fix the problem, but it also increased by fps by about 4x? is that.. normal?

this is the only way to fix it? could i use a different overlay?

having recently bought windows 8, i re-installed mumble 1.2.4, but now, before the hud loads ingame, everything looks fine,

. the names will not change color when people are talking, which is the biggest issue. any advice will help!

what about giving those convicted the choice? honestly, if faced with life with no parole, i would prefer the death penalty.
edit: im sure most people know this, but convicting someone of the death penalty costs more than life incarceration.
