hey i was wondering if anybody else has ever had a problem with tf2 and shadowplay recordings causing in-game fps stutters. whenever i start recording, my fps periodically spikes down from 300-200 to 90-60 very briefly. i suspect its a cpu bottleneck but im not really sure. any help would be much appreciated!
my cpu:
intel i7-9700k @ 3.6GHz 8 cores (not overclocked)
