One of my last runs on 100%ing the game I got the item that gives you a bubble on ??? any time you get hit, used a blood donation machine to mass coins and a d20 to constantly turn hundreds of coins into items

I ended up getting the majority of the possible items in the game abusing combinations of d6, d20 and massing coins with infinite soul heart pickups/etc before the game crashed from too much shit on the screen. fuck flash.
