TF2 Center ban misunderstanding + how to contact?

TF2Center admins kind of blow. They dug up one of my old ass accounts and accused me of cheating because i'm good and have no profile picture. I witnessed someone tell an admin to their face that they would ddos the site and they didn't do anything. They also ban and dox at their own discretion. Releasing any ip for any reason when acting as a public domain is pretty fucked imo.
