Google Chrome white-block pop ups

so recently these weird white pop up thingies have been showing up when i use chrome:

it takes up a lot of the middle of the screen which is super annoying and doesn't disappear when i switch tabs but disappears by itself like 30 seconds later.
anyone know how 2 solve this issue?
edit: it fixed itself, fucking retarded norton antivirus
