sourcemod disappears after both teams are ready

Do you have soap-dm installed, if so when it goes live with tournament mode this file is executed and turns most of the functions of sourcemod off.
Here's the file link.
Just remove which plugins you want to use after the tournament mode starts.

I tried replacing the sounds and the vtfs with blanks ones but it only works on sv_pure 0. The files are listed below and here's a download to the ones I made if you want it.
