HUD editing: short questions, quick answers

It was probably asked here before, but I cannot find it, so please don't throw rocks at me;
How would I transfer a custom crosshair from ahud into the default HUD. I just want to use the default HUD with only modification being the crosshair, thats it.

why would anyone straight up quit playing tf2, i mean, you must really hate this game to just stop playing it forever...
You can just not quit and just get a break from tf2 or play it only sometimes when you want or when you can, you dont need to quit it...
to answer what OP asked: Hopefully never, i'll keep playing until I'm having fun and until I have time to play it

Half-Life 2 is my favorite story/single-player game of all time, played it so many times, including the Episodes, really a fascinating game design and story, this made me love Valve and try their other games.
