Ye, I ordered a keycap set on June 22nd and it's probably going to arrive next week. They order the stuff from the supplier once the drop ends, then they have to wait for it to arrive in their warehouse, repackage it, then reship it with the cheapest shipping avialable. If you are not form the us it can take even longer.

Legend has it that some German produced the original, I just made it a bit more readable and changed some cosmetic stuff.
You may have to change the "On Screen Display Position" section to see it, as it draws on my second screen.
Default keys are:
Shift to Start Timer
NumpadEnter to Pause Timer
NumpadAdd to Reduce Timer by one Ubersaw hit
NumpadSub to Hide Timer

you need these commands:
hud_combattext_batching 1
hud_combattext_batching_window 2
first command turns batching on, second one sets the timewindow to 2(which is max)

There are people whose job it is to do exactly what he's asking for. What OP is asking for is as problematic as OP being fired because his employers/partners decided they would rather compile bits of free design work from a tech forum than pay him.
Not the same thing at all. You have no idea what you are talking about. Your argument would be relevant if they already had a translator employed. But they dont. And that's why op is asking us to translate it for him. What exactly are you getting mad about?
