1. download and install/start it
2. click on "global" then go to "advanced"
3. there you can change the value of texture lod (use +3 for the lod hack)

lets heat it up again, just for u! and since people are okay with shittalking ppl's performance here you have my opinion:
i can totally understand sheepy's decision cutting him. i have no idea how he was during that time but i have played few times with raptor and he was very bigheaded and liked to criticize people's decision. beside of that i know that he can't take criticism.
so why the hell should they keep him if the chemistry does not fit? just because you guys heard him from a stream you have no idea how he really is so please stop defending him by flaming about other players (like their demoman). how would you know how the team's atmosphere was? sheepy told me no one streamed during that time.
now to his player perfomance:
watched him one time (it was an official) so i cannot really say that much about it but i have played against him in high when he was roamer.... played against better soldiers (in high) the last seasons imo.
sad to see that he gets so many fans while being a sycophant on streams and chats. #realtalk

Birdyrocksi get that they didn't think raptor fit in well with the team but it does seem pretty incredible they didn't cut iikq, i just don't see how you keep a demo who gets no frags and no damage even if he does fit in well he isn't actually doing anything
