Before you flame, I already know the benefits of getting a desktop. But I'm going to college next year and I believe getting a laptop would be my best choice. The lenovo laptop has good specs for it's price and I would be able to do any college work on it and game when I have time. I checked it's benchmarks and it should be able to run every modern game on high settings smoothly. It's fairly average weight and thin too, so carrying it would be alright.

I do not want to do the desktop pc build + cheap laptop or ipad setup. I would not like having my strongest machine kept in my dorm room and I wouldn't prefer to take notes on an ipad.

So, any thoughts on this? Any other laptop recommendations (preferably under 1500$)?

I was debating over that as well. What is CE exactly? How much different is it from CS?

This is only on mac. fps_max and vsync are all at 0. Only happens on tf2, so not a driver issue. I've tried fresh reinstall, deleting my hud, deleting my config, and nothing has worked. I emailed valve various times in the past 2 weeks, still no fix, not even a single reply back.
