We're a new team for the upcoming UGC HL season in Steel. We're planning on playing Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 8:30 EST and beyond! We'll be somewhat competitive.

I am starting a new team from scratch basically with the current experience I have with being a leader. I am looking for basically every class besides Pocket.

Expectations / Requirements:
Main expectations. This team probably wont do as well as some would like, so don't quit the team over our potentially horrible record. The team wont die because of it. We're here to improve.
Be willing to learn and become better at denying mistakes.
Have Mumble and a microphone installed and ready to go.
Have some type of experience in the competitive world.
Be able to handle Low-Mid Open decently.
Know your class a bit well.

Scrim / Match Potential Scheduling:
Mondays-Thursdays after 9 Eastern Standard Time.
Possibly Wednesdays after 10 Eastern Standard Time.
Preferably be a Pacific Standard Time player, but if you're able to stay up late, go ahead.
Matches possibly on Thursdays.
I'd prefer if you don't have to deal with Highlander at all. Full commitment to Sixes.

Other Information
Be at least 17 years old with a fair amount of a maturity.
Be able to pay your own fees. I will not be paying for anyone.
Depending on interest we'll do either ESEA or CEVO. Not both.

Hello. I am Serene Fire and I am here to discuss my potential plans to join in on a team for Season 16. A short table of contents would be my experience, a little bit about me, what I expect out of a team, etc.

Experience
UGC Season 12 in Steel/Silver as main Roamer.
UGC Season 13 in Steel as main Demoman.
UGC Season 14 in Steel as backup Roamer/Pocket.
Pickup Games and Lobbies.
MGE and DM.
2,500+ hours of Team Fortress 2.
Prefer playing Pocket or Roamer.

In California.
Have a job. But, I have asked to work Fridays-Sundays.
Available Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday after 9 Eastern. Like I mentioned previously, I am currently leading and playing for a Silver team.
