Theres probably a million of these phrakture cases in your leagues. but just because it was an alt account doesnt mean he should have this fucking witch hunt after him. Let the league admins deal with it.
As long as phrakture has not cheated on his main account and in league matches then I couldnt give two shits about it.
league admins will never deal with it, the same way they do not deal with people getting vacbaned mid season and just changing their steam id to a new account.

defygood thing ESEA only bans if you get caught by the client, good lord that rule is beyond outdated. it's not like it's some big mystery here there should be a zero tolerance policy no matter what
people have been vacbanned DURING the esea season and nothing happens to them, they just sign up with a new account. This is probably a bigger issue than people getting vac'd on their alts.
