They made Heartstone competitive, no doubt Overwatch would be as well.

KiNGshoras You can enter mat_dxlevel 90 in console every time you want to play MM. It will reset it to your previous value after you restart the game.
Surely cant you just put into your autoexec then

The obvious reason behind entering it through console is that you want to change it only to play MM for a while.

Removing -dxlevel from launch options doesn't change it. You can enter mat_dxlevel 90 in console every time you want to play MM. It will reset it to your previous value after you restart the game.
