Do you value personality in mumble equal, less, or more than game mechanics/awareness? How much of a person's shit personality can you put up with because they're good at the game?

there's very few people in invite that I wanna play tf2 with...there's alot of people in invite that are huge assholes that I would never want to play with. so ultimately I value chillness over game mechanics/awareness...but just because ur chill doesn't mean you can be a fuckin vegetable in terms of mechanics.
for personality, I can take someone's shit personality or criticism if I know they are better at the game than me. But if someone is a raging retard and isn't better than me at tf2, I'm not gonna play/listen to them.
also emkay, u have can play high level tf2 one day man, u already have 2/3 things required to play invite...chill and motivation/willingness to improve, all you need is the experience/time...trust me bro, there are very few REAL medic mains left...I believe in u DOG
