this vid is unironically really good for alleviating any wrist pain and making sure you don't have any in the future.
When I first started playing melee i use to death grip the fuck out of my controller and that's super bad for your wrists, esp if you have skinny like i do. Having good form and posture when using your keyboard / controller is super important and don't be afraid to constantly readjust your setup until it feels right for you.
