1 - prior to the cast you and your cocaster (swift) were shown how to setup castingessentials. your cocaster, also casting for the first time, had his setup and was asking questions during the setup, you had not signalled you were having problems setting up the config up up until <30 seconds before the teams were readying up. the setup takes <5 minutes and the fact we were in vc 15 minutes prior and you spent 40 minutes (we were in vc 9:15, match started 9:50) not signifying you needed help is a deflection of blame

2 - you made no indication during the stream that there were issues with the vdo.ninja relay -- for every tab open of vdo.ninja, i have to take a chunk of bandwidth from my own connection to relay. when i had checked the vdo.ninja tab of my setup, you had opened 4 maybe 5 tabs of the vdo.ninja relay at a bitrate of 5000, causing the pixelation. in no time during the cast had you made this aware to me nor your cocaster. once it was made aware on the 3rd map, i setup a screenshare via discord because you were hogging my bandwidth by having 4 tabs of the vdo ninja relay open--in reality you only need one. you also were very insistent on casting from the producer's pov, saying that it is more vital to cast from the stream's pov over your own view in the stv. considering you had a 3 monitor setup, it is your job to pay attention to discord chat as tf2 productions rarely ever have the producer speak

3 - your inexperience did not get you kicked off the cast, it was your blatant lying and multiple direct attacks (going as far as to attack a rgl player's relationship with their parents) that led to me not wishing to continue with you despite having a neutral stance on the situation as i was part of the blame for some technical issues. none of the players i asked feedback from attacked you in any way shape or form. in paraphrase, they said you needed more experience in the game before speaking on meta/concepts of specific positioning on maps

the screenshots above show me taking accountability for the pixelation and making ado with the unfortunate circumstances, but to go as far as to personally attacking members of this community and presuming you would get a second chance lost your chance at any future appearance on a stream which, frankly, we do as a hobby and not as a living for our careers

also we probably cant continue with someone like this who has had a previous report of racist and derogatory remarks against minorities

if you intend in getting into commentary, AVOID doing this after your first try at commentary. thanks. i never out people but this is my first wild experience ive had since getting into production/tf2 commentary and it is quite jarring to receive this kind of message

my question is: this thread has been on tftv for the past 3 years. it's been well known people were asking for the photos. why didn't anyone bother to release a statement when this issue arose? tftv is not the center of all competitive tf2 related discussion, i get that. but surely someone would've at least caught wind that people were asking this for the past 3 years, no?

i also have the full stream vods so i'll upload it somewhere at some point. i think it's highly unprofessional to copyright strike the release of these vods yet gatekeep these for nearly 3 years now

hi to be clear from what shirts are used:

We use Stanley/Stella SATU007 blanks instead of glidan blanks. glidan blanks tend to be uncomfortable to wear and we've been using stanley stella since they were an option. They were also used for the staff shirts and merchandise provided for Physgun Denver 2025

Also to note is that the design tends to last longer on stanley/stellas than glidan so I can ensure longer longevity with these shirts :)
