mthsadKwqPLwrite it in launch options -freq 140 .source takes the currently set refresh rate for the video card, that command does not do anything anymore.
If I don't put -freq 75 in my console, my screen will be stretched because 75hz is only enabled for me when it's stretched. At -freq 60 (or if I don't have it) I can play it without being stretched but it won't be 75hz
