My mom cooks these kinds of eggs all the time. First, boil the eggs until they're cooked through. Peel them, then, you'll need to put the eggs into a stew (or broth, forgot which) and let them absorb the flavor from the stew (or broth). The color will change to a darker color after it absorbs some of the flavor. I'll ask her how to make it and edit this post later.
Alright, got the info. Basically, she braises pork and uses the liquid from the braising to marinate the boiled eggs in. If you wanna look it up, it's called "Thit Kho" in Vietnamese.
Hmm.. my mom makes that too, but the sauce would be poured onto the rice..
I love it with chicken.. but then that could be because I'm Asian?
Oh.. it's called Ga Kho.. LOL

I remember the "Big One" earthquake drills in elementary.. and that was like 6 years ago.

I can't. The circles become misaligned at any resolution other than 1028x768, so there's almost no point in making the HUD because there are a lot of circles.
