having been scout partners + a med with knuckles on combo scout i can say that he is a tip top scout gamer.
he improved immensely throughout the season, and i genuinely dont think broking planted any autism habits into him. all the shit he did this season would be valuable on any team as a combo scout.

15 euros = 17 usd for all you americans who might have other suggestions
but @ that low the only option i can think of is the zalman clip on.
if you get into the 45 euros (50 usd) range you can get some quality mics like the modmic, snowball, meteor, etc
