"I just want to say this - PTR helped us tremendously. We truly believe he is the 2nd best awper in NA behind Skadoodle. However, when we said we wanted to explore options that included replacing PTR and myself, he was not happy about it. Things were said that we did not like and burned the bridge with some players. Had he not did what he did, we would still be playing with PTR. However, we have to move on and prove to everyone, like we did before, that we are going to prevail.
PTR is still our friend and will continue to hang out with us in mumble like old times, but we just dont see ourselves playing competitively with him anymore. I truly do wish for the best for Pete."
Pretty stupid imo, they cut the #2 AWPer NA and their team morale booster over a personal issue

My PureTrak Stealth (smaller version of the Talent) seriously looks like brand new after over a year of daily abuse.
No real fraying edges or anything and is a lot smoother than the QcK that I used previously. If the Stealth ever gets too dirty I just toss it in the washing machine with some clothes and it looks like brand new again.

ScrewballMasterKuniWhy, specifically, don't you want to use a USB mic? Your only other real option is getting an XLR mic, at which point you'd need to spend $100-150 alone on an audio interface (which itself would probably use USB or *maybe* PCI-express).Running other devices over USB causes input lag and polling rate inconsistency. The only thing i have plugged over USB rite now is my mouse.
I was thinking of getting a pcie USB card to run a mic/dac.
It's not noticeable. You'll be fine.

I freaking love my Pistons as a 'cheaper' pair of IEMs for using around campus or the gym and they have held up well after many months of abuse. Xiaomi are saying that the 3.0s will be a better than the 2.0s while still being cheaper. Will probably pick them up whenever they go up on sale on Amazon.

for real though as a spectator I used to watch NA invite game demos now I don't bother as it's incredibly boring even if it's close between 2nd, 3rd and 4th place.
The 2nd-4th place games have all been really close and pretty damn interesting to watch.

ChinGooshahzam is actually losing them the game
The mid push that C9 did on the VP eco wasn't that bad of an idea, the Shahzam TK on Semphis kinda sealed it and VP played really well against just sitting back. Luckily he carried on Nuke vs. TSM so I doubt he gets too much flack. He almost single-handedly shut down outside with his AWP.
