PuoskarismziBut please you gotta stop mixing your medication with drugs and alcohol.I have a lot many problems, but many of them have been sorted out and getting better.
I'm not justifying my substance use problems, but having lived wanting to die since kindergarten and having really painful childhood due to undiagnosed adhd left it's scars.
I'm now finally getting help for my anxiety and panic issues, and I'm slowly getting to therapy and getting my life sorted. It's why I really want to emphasize keeping important friends close, because I would not be alive right now without them.
I appreciate your care man.

Puoskari i am gonna give you some honest advice aswell then. You opened up to me a couple of months ago that you need medication to deal with your every day life which is completely understandable and I am in no position to judge you for that. But please you gotta stop mixing your medication with drugs and alcohol. I am not a doctor but having witnessed your "i am fucked up right now" mode a couple of times i really think what you are doing to yourself is really dangerous and harming your body.
