March sounds good to me. Also I wouldn't mind paying $30 or $40, other players might feel differently though.
For the website, a great tool would be Adobe Muse. Some think it's design cheating, but it's great for making websites without coding. Otherwise try finding someone willing to help either here or Reddit. Cheers and can't wait for the next one!
