this game becomes much easier and more enjoyable to play when you surround yourself with teammates who are invested in one another, the team's goals, and the overall well-being of the team. you should try your best to contribute to this yourself, and alienating people through insulting them or trying to play the blame game (especially among your own teammates) is a definite way to ruin the experience for the entire group. if you want to be more consistent, it begins with having a team environment where everyone is actively communicating and striving to work together rather than screaming over small mistakes.
also, just as a word of advice, put your own ego aside if want to improve by any measurable amount. there's so many people who know how to play this game very well who are willing to help you improve if you let them. listen, apply, rinse, repeat.
